WAEC Launches Irregularity Reporting & Investigation System (IRIS) Ahead of 2025 BECE Results Release. This will help candidates check if their results have been cancelled, withheld or not.

In a decisive move to improve fairness and transparency, the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially unveiled its new Irregularity Reporting & Investigation System (IRIS). The platform—accessible at irreg.waecgh.org—serves as a secure, real-time tool enabling schools, candidates, and parents to monitor examination malpractice cases as investigations unfold, ahead of the 2025 BECE results release at irreg.waecgh.org.

Both students and schools can now check the status of their results. Thus whether their results have been cancelled or withheld.

Students and schools that do not see any such information on the site are safe and will likely recieve their 2025 BECE results.

However, if you find your school’s name or a candidates name on the portal, it means there is a problem and a pending investigation to be conducted by WAEC before your results are released.

Students are to use the “Sign in as candidate” while schools will use the “Sign In as School” Login option.  The released 2025 BECE results malpractices website is likely to delay the release of the result.
